Reporter just into our newsroom, Authorities Say a man was taken into custody and told them he is responsible for at least one murder that happened back in june. According to our partners, the mansfield news journal that man says he murdered a woman in a house on park avenue east in madison township three months ago. That house was destroyed by fire in june. Although according to richland coun just found there today. This information i ledged today information emerged today. A woman was believed to be abducted by a man. She was recovered alive and a man was taken into custody. But they also discovered two dead bodies at the scene. Identification is being processed. We have not identified any of those remains. We are going to allow the Coroners Office to take that responsibility on. Reporter Ashland County coroner said during the News Conference he didnt know how long it would take to identify the two bodies and now there is a third at another scene. Channel 3 Monica Robins has more on the story from northfield. Reporter the drama began just after 8 30 when Williams Roberts went to brunswick and picked up his daughter. The trouble is he no longer had custody of her or her younger sister that had been living in week. Roberts took off, there was an amber alerts issued. Northfield village brian was sitting in a parole car. The vehicle came back toward me. I saw the windows were cracked. I could see there was a male and female in there. Reporter sergeant started to follow and then make traffic stop. I knew with the two people in there the female was in the car. Reporter the chase went up to 80 miles an hour. Finally on old eight in north field center William Roberts pulled his truck over. Meanwhile while he was taken out and take ton jail, he had a lot to say to media. She stole my children. Reporter Robin Roberts had been taken to akron Childrens Hospital where she will be evaluated. She and her sister will be removed from the foster home and placed into children and family services. Medical marijuana is now legal in ohio but akron is stepping city counselors charged to fee the process and sales of legal weed for a full year. So i joked they took my radio, living room, dining room, that was literally i gave up. I had 20 left in my name. I took the 20 and bought four pizzas and handed out slices to Homeless People. I got my first writing gig on cartoon network. I ended up in l. A. Because of the kindness of others to pursue a writing, acting career i have never studied, never practiced.
