His biggest lead yet. An overflow crowd packing hall in canton to hear his message. He bragged about poll numbers. They just couldnt say half his backers belong in a basket of the portables, that hit a nerve. Hillary clinton calls people who arent supporting her deplorable and irredeemable. I call people supporting me, american citizens who are entitled to the same respect as anyone else. She has a lot of nerve to do that. You took that as an insult . Everyones so. Shes the most adorable person i know. Both rolling out medical records claiming they are bits. Clinton big getting back on the campaign trail late in the week. And her husband are filled in. We have one candidate was real policies and plans to protect the policies resident obama made and build on it and one was a real record of being able to deliver progress. Nine days away from the first debate. Many people will be watching. A surprised by the numbers . Im not surprised . Hillary clinton hasnt had the besttr promised a week because of her pneumonia. That combined with the fact was very public that she was concealing details of her Health Whether or not she should have come forward earlier or not is up for debate. The News Coverage of who knew what when has hurt her campaign. The basket deplorable swine, you can make an argument that factually she is on solid ground there, people will opens up this talking point for donald trump to say shes talking about you, my supporters and shes denigrating you and how do she while ignoring the fact that with her clinton is really talking about people who are hateful and racist. Have to give props to truck. Its the most conventional thing hes done which was perfectly played back at her on the deplorable swine and its working with his supporters. We ventured into the crowd. There were a lot of people were stories about his foundation. Those dont seem to be connecting or having residents . I dont think it will. Even though Hillary Clintons issues with the foundations have gotten a lot of attention, still not what bubbles all the way down to the ground with the grassroots people. About the big debate, how crucial and defining to think it will be . I think it will matter in but debates dont change a lot of mines. They are there for the big story. Has momentum shifted . This will go back and forth potentially a few times especially after that first debate. Moving along, firstperson story getting lots of attention written by henry gomez about the hateful tweets hes been getting from donald trump supporters. Because of this mexican name and heritage. He recalled the tweets hurtful, medicine, evidence that donald trump has support from haters, sampling of messages he has gotten. We apologize for offensive language. Maybe we should start asking to see your green card are you a speak or a dinner . You all should be on the other side of the wall. You are obvious latino backlash should preclude and disqualify you from the political scene in the selection season. Was it difficult for you to read that story . It doesnt make reporters comfortable making himself the story. It shouldnt take a gomez to point out things trump is saying are seen by many as offensive or potentially racist or xenophobic. It shouldnt take a gomez to have to write about these things and point them out and print. I want to find the best way to explain not just to the average reader but at a family gathering, objectionable about them in this instance. This is what i came up with. Had you keep the personal understandable response from a professional job . Its difficult. At the same time there are not two sides to racism, theres right and wrong. Racism is wrong. Im disappointed in some my colleagues in the industry were taken as well, you have to hear trump says this clinton says that. In this instance, there is only right and wrong. All three of us are accustomed to getting negative feedback and criticism and secondguessing of stories we have written but this is different. It might name were different, i wouldnt be getting this type of response from people who support donald trump for support his ideas such as building a wall and moving immigrants. I am not an immigrant. Rushing to have to was born in youngstown, but my parents and their parents were born in youngstown. Yet you back for generations to find anybody born in a foreign country. The National Media has paid attention to the story, what kind of feedback have you gotten at that level . Its been mostly positive. A person a lot of my colleagues , people who are following this race and offering supportive comments and thing they take a hit on something that needed to , some of the emails still getting a racist, hateful response. We put out a small sample. You have quite a bit more than he could have put out. Ive been telling people, a lot of this is purged anyway because the temptation when you get one of these emails is to fire off a response right away and sometimes what im thinking of in that moment is not something i want out there. Ou guts. Ive responded to some and so i think what youre saying is wrong and im fortunate and disappointing. Its that you judge me based on my left them without knowing me. You mentioned at the beginning, weve all received criticism for stories from candidates and their supporters, what was different about this and why, its good that henry did was he was pointing out how they made it personal, based on them. That takes it to a different john kerry and obama and Mccain Willis got criticized but never about me. They made its about you get blowback when you figure again the same number of complaints i know im doing a good job. Election day decisions about the minimum wage law.
