Shouting, swearing and claiming his civil rights were being violated. He said he smelled marijuana and saw him cross the street against the light. Police say marijuana was found on him. During the Court Appearance last week, herrel allegedly posted the spirit and comments about judge russel. He and someone with him, violated courthouse protocol and posted pictures of the sfergs in those issues earned him a contempt charge. Tuesday, the judge also recused herself, and herrel had to wait until a different judge, richard bernath, set new court dates today. When herrel went into court, he was always meek.
