Not only a stolen car but the mother report her baby was in the back seat of that car. Citywide several started, Police Involved also were told that the fbi was also brought into the loop. One thing that police say was true is that the car was actually stolen. However, the report from the mother of the 20 day old amelia mccollum. She says that the babe he was in the stolen car. The police say that was a lie. According to police the baby was with her benton mother the entire time. She took a taxi home, and later returned to her home with a friend and her baby. The Communication Center was put on a alert to hold on a nonpriority runs, and the efforts on locating this child. Reporter now when benton said that she recovered her daughter at walmart which is around the corner from where her car was found. The police were suspicious of that story because officers were at walmart searching for the baby. And now she is in jail for infusing panic, and she was on probation for an aggravated menacing conviction, and for threatening her sister in the face. Right now we know that the baby and the two other children are in the care of family services. Beenton is scheduled to be in court this morning at a inintermittent or perennial.
