Breaking news overnight in orlando. Orange county deputies investigating the deadly shooting at the diamond club at north cimarron boulevard. This is video just coming in from the scene. When deputies arrived they say they found 3 male victims with gunshot wounds. Scene and two men taken to the hospital in Critical Condition. Initial reports say 3 motorcycle groups may have been involved in a fight prior to the shooting. At this point no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing. We ll pas along any updates once we know more. A 15 Year Old Girl is dead after being shot by the 16 year old. That suspect is now in Police Custody on sheila hills drive. We talked to neighbors who were shocked by the tragedy. Year old is we don t know much about the t shooter s name, the relationship to the victim or what led up to this fatal shooting. In 2015 Altamonte Springs had a partnership with links flex bus as the uber for transit. How will this program differ from that lwhen the city created flex bus in 1989, it was the First Response to the transtransportation project pushed to the public. The challenge for us as the city that runs very much like a business is that it s hard for us to work with other public agencies. We want to move quickly and unfortunately it did not bring flex bus forward. The beauty of the partnership is they truly understand the and then because we didn t have to welcomer with public agency, it allowed us to execute a plan and in a pretty efficient way and it s going to be much more and then those are now going towards this project, right . We had anticipated at 1. 5 Million Dollar cost with the links on the flex bus. We budgeted only a third of that and think we ll be inside the budget and this type of private sector solution can be very Cost Effective for the public. We also have private sector partners helping us fund this. The Florida Hospital has always been a champion in the community and they re helping us fund it. D like to push through the private Sector Partnership with private sector partners. Looking ahead to what the project could potentially mean for downtown orlando, how will it encourage ucf students from around Central Florida to then use sun rail or use uber to then get to a sun rail . I think one of the valuable aspects of the partnership with uber is it taught other people how to do it and ucf, we worked closely with Seminole State College and Seminole State College embraced the concept and they ll help push us after the students and teaching them that there s an opportunity for them to study on the train. Study on the uber car in the classroom. Study on the way back. And really to start maximizing the use of their time. In Seminole State College we think it will set an example for a lot of other schools in the country and how to do this. Justin not to mention the i 4 ultimate project. Everyone knows if you drive right now it s only going to get worse. Florida and around the country to find ways to get people out of the cars. It s back to the congresswoman s point.
