Well, now hes behind bars tonight. Known as the batman armed robber for wearing this getup during two of his nine robberies. Hes now in jail. From january 22nd until february 21st, morales went into the stores all over east Orange County carrying a gun and aggressively demanding cash, even stealing jewelry from workers. Investigators say he did all of this because of drugs. He appears to be a heroin thousand dollars a day addiction habit. Reporter right now, hes charged with one count of armed robbery. He will be facing four more charges by the end of the day. We got ahold of his criminal record and he has a long list of charges, including heroin, and burglary of a dwelling. Tonight as the suspect sits in jail, a memorial grows for the officer, a day before she was shot, sworn in at the Prince WilliamPolice Department where she had once interned.
