Today the perry hall high student who shot a classmate is expected to be sentenced. 15yearold robert gladden is faces 40 years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of attempted first degree murder. Gladden opened fire in the schools cafeteria on the first day of school wounding 17yearold Daniel Borowy who has since returned to school. A fatal fire in Prince Georges County from last week has claimed another life. It was early last thursday morning a blaze broke out in the home in glenn arden. A father and two daughters were pronounced dead on their way to the hospital. 11yearold dija price was removed from the house not breathing. We have now learned she has died at the hospital. Investigators say the cause of the fire is accidental. A murder mystery a little closer to home. Firefighters find two bodies inside a burning vehicle in northwest baltimore. Gigi barnett reports this morning, the investigators are saying the two were shot before the car went up in flames. City firefighters rushed to this alley in northwest baltimore just before daybreak friday morning. Next to the trash and debris was a car fire in the 2100 block of Morris Monroe street. Firefighters worked to put out the flames but soon after they found two unidentified bodies stashed in the vehicle. The bodies were burned pretty badly and our arson university is continuing to work with the fire department. The bodies will go to the medical examiner this weekend for an autopsy. What has transpired is the maryland Fire Prevention commission that has specifically listed the terminology of sky lanterns as being an amendment to the code. The devices like these seen here are typically constructed with oil rice paper on a bamboo frame. They are reduced into the afternoon after a candle or fuel cell is ignited. They can travel significant distances and the return to earth before the flame is fully out. If it makes contact with dry vegetation or somebodys paper trash goods thats out by the sidewalk for pick up or next to their garage the potential is there are for an uncontrolled fire. Sky lanterns are considered fire balloons and in the same category as aerial fire works which is also illegal in maryland. These are uncontrolled devices that float into the air that are on fire. Levy, the john hopkins who took his own life amid allegations that he secretly recorded videos of his patients. I just cant believe it. Thats a violation. This is just shocking. Attorneys for this woman have already filed the first of what promises to be many lawsuits against the levy estate and the hospital he worked for. Theyre adding a team event where to skaters will not only compete individually for an individual medal but each country will select the top and they will compete as a team and represent the country. Very similar to gymnastics where you have the individual and team. Great for figure skating that you can feel part of team, not just out there by yourself. Couldnt that take away from somebodys Solo Performance as well . Well, i think you can argue that. You know, they are holding the Team Competition before the individual events.
