Tractortrailer was unable to stop, running into another vehicle, causing a 10 car fileup. The blimp is a Government Research conducking area mapping and the lighter than air blimp began to roam above the dc area and can remain stationary for 12 hours. The blimp is around washington, d. C , including places like the department of agriculture and some of our major airports, like here at. Usually when they have a football game, good year, met life and all to have that, but this one was way high. The blimp wont be up for much longer, after october 5th, the research lab said it is flying away. When the mission is complete, pilots will fly the blimp up north to a base in new jersey. This summer, when they had the furloughs starting in july, i was furloughs and it was typically difficult for me, because in april, i had emergency open heart sergry and i had a lot of medical bills and time off from that and the furlough hit and basically, i was living off credit cards to be able to make ends meet.
