across the state moving very quickly as it passed through this area, we seen the gusts up to 50 miles per hour. this is where there was a tornado warning, howard and montgomery where we seen most of the damage. still providing a lot of winds. going to switch over, 71 mile-per-hour winds with the storm as it made through 65. frederick at the airport, winds of 41 miles per hour. a lot of wind walking home from penn station. he was fay fatally stabbed during a robbery. he was found lying just before midnight last night and they believe he was approached by a man and a woman. a baltimore city police officer killed a motorcyclist he was pursuing. the details on the internal investigation >> reporter: we now have a name, the officer is timothy beale, he saw a motorcycle involve in an illegal street race and began an unauthorized chase on to the beltway. the cruiser and the bike collided killing the rider. he was a former football player from towson university. because he ignored orders to break the pursuit he's been suspended without pay. an accident left one dead. he's accused of fleeing from police, slamming into three cruisers and into a honda killing the driver. that woman was 25 years old from virginia. he's been charged with vehicular manslaughter and will likely face other charges as well the obama is furious about more than 90,000 classified documents leaked surrounding the war in afghanistan. the files were put online by a web site, he defended his decision to go public. he says some documents reveal cover ups when they killed afghanistan civilians. others i understand -- white house officials say that most of the documents deal with things that occurred before president obama took office. they criticize the decision to release the documents but said much of what is in them is not new. cbs analyst says that most of the documents appear to be field reports and may not be accurate. he agrees with the white house, publishing them gives new thing is, it's close to our average, we started out the day at 70 degrees. notice the average low of 66, we vice president are heading there tonight. you see a lot of 80s around the state right now. not 90s and not triple digits. another huge difference is the due dew point has come down. this is why it's refreshing outside. the winds are out of the north and it's keeping the more refreshing air in place. we will start to see some changes over the next few days. it's high pressure that is dominating and causing the winds and the high is just to the north, but over the next few days, it will make its way to the east. when it does, it will pull back the hot air on the backside of it. wind are clockwise. tomorrow temperatures maybe a couple degrees higher. but more so wednesday and thursday that we see the temperatures start to rise and the humidity. at the same time, a new front will come our way. here's the high, coming down and staying on top of us and leaves us by wednesday and when it does, we turn around to the south. the humidity starts to climb and here comes the next front. there could be a thunderstorm ahead of the front but a better chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms on thursday as the front comes through. behind it is the coolest air mass we have had in weeks, on the waters pretty comfortable. the bay temperature down to 82 degrees, winds are turningout southeast. forecast for tonight, give the air conditioner a break, down to 63 degrees. then tomorrow we are up to 89, sunny to partly cloudy skies, close to our averages. we do start to
