while trying to make delivers. the con is suspects were trying to pull. hello, everybody. i'm denise koken. a delivery driver severely beaten and left to die. the attack was caught on surveillance video. police are on the hunt for four suspects. >> reporter: there's no suspects for a beating that the victim lost consciousness by the time paramedics got to him, he was lying in a pool of blood. a brutal beating begins and one man is punching and pushing the victim to the ground, a second suspect joins in and both stomp on his chest after the victim is clearly down, a third man kicks him again, all in proud daylight. >> the dude just knocked him out. he fell to the ground. >> reporter: it happened last month. the victim was driving the truck when he hit the car parked behind it. the two of the suspects falsely claimed it was theirs. >> it was my car. he was shocked the fight because over his vehicle that took place over the car he owned. this camera caught it op. >> he saw a group of people surrounding the car. he saw the victim was lying right next to it. he called 911. i talked to him and said are you okay. do you need any help or water. he was not talking. >> reporter: police say the victim was treated and released from sinai with head injuries. at this time they're not clear if there's any permanent damages. >> all right. thank you very much. close to a dozen animals decide in this fire in baltimore county. you can see flames shooting out from the home on carson avenue in the eastview neighborhood. the flames quickly spread to the house next door. no one was home at the time. while several items died, firefighters were able to save several dogs and cats. the officer in charge of the police union is under investigation tonight. it all stems from the encounter between the union chief and the driver of the sedan service. this police report tells who story, one of a sedan driver struck in the face by an intoxicated man who says he's a police officer who later pulled and points his gun. the other, a police officer who denies pointing the weapon or striking the man who says that he suspected drug dealers in his parking lot. named in the report as a suspect for first degree assault is sergeant cole weston. >> right now we're investigating this case. we also are conducting a criminal vex. that criminal investigation has been turned over to the state attorney's office for review. >> reporter: in this complex there are two dead ends band because of that, there's petty drug dealing in these courts. >> weton said that's what he suspected, but he said he was waiting for a man to return for the cash for his ride. the officer that responded notes that the 911 operate advises that weston sounded intoxicated. >> we know he had been drinking on the night in question. >> this is not weston's first brush with the law. he had been charged with a dui -- ago and a restraining order has been filed by a girlfriend. weston did not return our calls for 30 towers nationwide with one shift worker worker. now the national air traffic controller association says there are 30 towers nationwide that have only one overnight shift worker. the head of the
