volunteer, a teaching assistant, who clocked more than 100 hours at a school. and 8-year-old student at the elementary school whose hands and feet were bound by a volunteer with something similar to this, packing tape. it happened during a conversation about discipline in which the boy asked for the volunteer, a college student, about what it's like to be handcuffed. it was a bad decision on the adults parts. >> if it was called in, i hope it's being investigated. >> police are involved. but according to their report, the boy told officers the assistant asked if he wanted to play a game of cops and robbers and that is when he was taken against his will and topped out into the hallway screaming for someone to call 911. the report shows two teaching assistants told officers the boy second. that volunteer, according to school officials, is a college student that has lost more than 100 hours volunteering at phoebe hearst elementary. if what the schools as happened and what police say are different stories. if the school said a volunteer was working with an eight-year old student if when they started talking about discipline. if that is when the boy asked what it was like to be handcuffed. then the volunteered taped the first graders ankles and wrists with packing tape. less than two minutes later he cut it off. according to police, the boy said the teacher asked if he wanted to play a game of cops and robbers and then he knocked out into the hallway screaming 4911. two teachers officials said the little boy was being disruptive and would not listen. one of them said that is why he taped the boys ankles and wrists. the princprinciple was the one who called 911. investigators have made another arrest in connection with the murder of d.c. middle school principal brian betts. 19-year-old joel johnson was arrested in southeast tuesday night. three other teenagers have also been arrested. the discovery of a body at a recycling plant in manassas is under investigation. it was found last night at the recycling center. there's no word on the victim's identity or the circumstances surrounding the person's death. the trial stemming from the murder of lawyer robert wone continues today. his widow described a strange scene in which the defendant joseph price offered condolences while his two housemates said nothing. the three are accused of
