that is at the heart of the controversy about school cameras in fairfax county. outgoing school board could vote whether to allow cameras in the cafeteria and classrooms. jummy olabanji has details. good morning we are at west springfield high school, one out of 25 high schools in fairfax county or the pta and principal support putting cameras into the high school. of the 25 bicycles, there are 17 were the principal -- of the 25 high-school there are 17 or the principal and pta want to have the cameras. the principles to support them said they want this because of the fact that last spring there were so many food fights with teachers and students injured. if they put the cameras into the cafeterias and other hot spots they hope to catch the culprits and slow down some of the violence. there are some believe this could be an invasion of students' privacy. the school board is the outgoing school board and they could decide to vote on this at the meeting that starts at 3:30 this afternoon but someone to push this off until 2012 when the new school board takes charge. we just have elections in fairfax county last tuesday. we will report updates on this developing story. thank you looking at the day ahead -- president obama will do some campaigning in hawaii. he is scheduled to hold a fund riser in paulo. he is in hawaii with a meeting with asian leaders and is expected to leave for australia tomorrow. vincent gray will help break ground. there was a school built in 1916 that will get a new gym and cafeteria. the work is expected to be done in the fall of 2013. an american astronaut and two russian cosmonauts are on their way to the international space station. the spacecraft is expected to arrive at the space station on wednesday. >> the time is 6:47 and return to today's "politico' minutes. mike allen joins us live. this is the first time we talk about this poll. basically, if the election were held project were to be held today, your numbers show that the obama opponent would be split it would 43-43 if you were a republican. when you look at independence, they are not doing so well but they are doing better with seniors. in this poll, the dissatisfaction of the president is seeping in. that is a big change over six months. the number of people dissatisfied with congress has gone up 10%. >> what about the controversy with herman cain?
