they could think was not again. there have been two major devastating floods in the past five years. the latest was last week, leaving residents to pick up the pieces and try to dry out. in the past, engineers recommended better be a levee and pumping station for this community, but the county says there's not enough money. the travel government did not invest. families are frustrated now as they get their belongings and wonder whether more could've been done. we're hearing from officials and residents that the issue comes down to money. cable discuss all this to night residents and all water
