What is your positi because you get so much of it. Reporter he insists this voice isnt here. Hes starting to do tremendously well financially. But it sure sounds like him. Leading tremendously big. Reporter presumptive nominee under fire this morning for this 1991 recording reportedly of trump pretending to be his own spokesman bragging about himself. Hes somebody that has a lot of options and, frankly, you know, you know he gets called by everybody. He gets called by everybody in the book in terms of women. Reporter hes heard boasting to a People Magazine reporter about trumps exploits with women saying he isnt ready to commit to girlfriend marla maples. Hes living with marla and hes got three other girlfriends. And hes fending off stars like madonna. She called and wanted to go out with him. Sound familiar . That i can tell you. That i can tell you. That i can tell you, okay. Reporter according to the Washington Post trump routinely made calls like this to reporters in the 80s and 90s using various names including john mill sfler people who that you knew from donald trump and you can hear them in this tape. Reporter a few weeks after the call trump reportedly admitted it was a joke gone awry. But now trump denies it was him. Now, trump also reportedly had a publicist named john baron who bore an uncanny resemblance to trump. Baron the name of his son. I have to imagine the campaign is scrambling. How are they explaining all this . Reporter trump is sticking by that denial but in another strange twist the Washington Post was interviewing trump on the phone and when they asked if he ever employed a john miller, the line suddenly went dead. So let me just ask you straight up, do you buy trumps denials here . Of course not. Well, he doesnt need to walk it back and hes proven through his entire primary season he can say things that arent true, say things about himself that arent true, get caught in the untruth and still go forward without it harming his impact on voters and so i dont think he does walk it back. I think he denies, denies, denies and hope we move on to something else. Let me pick up on that point. This is far from the First Campaign controversy he has endured and during the primaries nothing seemed to hurt him. However, now that were basically in the general election do you think this whole teflon donald thing may change . Well, do you remember the song back in 2000 by the artist shaggy . He had a song called me. It was very, very popular because it was about this guy who was caught cheating on his girlfriend visually looking at him cheating and his excuse is it wasnt me. This is like Donald Trumps entire strategy. Is that when he gets caught, whether he says things thats on his actual website, whether its an audio recording, whether people to corroborate the fact he lied about something hes continued to say it wasnt me and so i dont expect that to change at all. This does not add any additional requirements to any School District or state under the applicable law. Reporter the federal guidance met with praise from some. Its very important the School District set the example and show that inclusion is the reporter but concerns of safety from others. I will stay at home every day and homeschool. I understand that times are changing but i dont think that this is the right solution. Reporter this morning politicians in many of the countrys more conservative states vowing defiance. I am working with the governor of North Carolina and we are going to fight back. We shouldnt even be having to have this debate in america. Im Old Fashioned this way. I think men ought to be able to go to the mens room. Women ought to be able to go to the womens room. Reporter meanwhile, caught in the middle. Schools, those that refuse to comply could be hit with civil rights lawsuits from the government as well as risk being cut off from millions of dollars in federal aid. This is a law and were going to follow the law but were going to do it with sensitivity to our entire population. Reporter these suggestions arent law but many are finding themselves in an interesting position as they try to figure you mentioned the protocol. These students have to their parent or a guardian has to come forward and say this is how they identify. They cant just show up in the bathroom. They have to say theyre identifying as male or female and say theyre a transgender student and be protected. Thanks. The pilot in lodi, california, had to make an Emergency Landing with 17 skydivers on board. They were packed inside this tiny plane and many of them saying this morning, theyre lucky to be alive. This morning, terrifying video showing a plane filled with 17 skydivers dropping from the sky. Just after takeoff the cessna 208 started having engine trouble. All of a sudden we started smelling gas in the airplane and we noticed that the plane wasnt sounding right. Reporter the helmet mounted skidding into an open field flipping onto its side. Watch again. You can see the ground rushing up the sides. It looked like a crop duster plane that would go low and come up right before the wires, but, no, this plane came right down, clipped our car. Reporter then darkness. The skydivers thrown everywhere slamming into each other in the chaos. Get off me. Get off me. The next thing we know somebodys freaking out in the back of the plane. I didnt think i was going home. Reporter the plane coming to a stop upside down. Take another look as the passengers scramble to escape the plane including the skydiver recording all along. You saved my life. Yeah, i think he saved 17 lives that day. Reporter crashing down with enough force to leave 900 feet of scarred earth and mangled crops. The plane behind me, the front end crushed and tangled up in grapevine lines. I survived a neardeath experience and packed up all son. Reporter amazingly no one was seriously injured. If it wasnt for that pilot, you know, we wouldnt have made it. The pilot did have some minor injuries but many of those skydivers who were training to be instructors went back up the very next morning. The faa is still investigating. Dan and paula. Reporter in 2013 this limo fire on a bay area bridge, nine women inside on a Bachelorette Party with fewer exits than a regular car, five of them died. Trapped in the flames. The incident ruled an accident, but investigators said the limo was carry than legally allowed. Stretch limousines are a lot different than cars. Youre taking a car thats designed to have a specific amount of weight and stretching it, adding bodies to it. They dont hold up as long. Reporter last year on long island a limousine nearly split in two when a truck slams right into the middle of it killing four of the women inside. The limo driver indicted on negligent homicide charges in march. As for these teens who escaped disaster by seconds, a happy ending and grateful to make it to the prom. If he didnt pull over like if we were on the highway or something and we didnt have a way to get out of the limo, we might not have been able to get to the prom and bad things could have happened. Reporter now, as for the students in the story no one was injured, one of the teens tweeting they were able to get to the prom safely and enjoy their night thanks to a passing party bus that kindly picked them up but it certainly does make you twice about riding in style. I cant believe there was randomly a party bus passing by groups going to the prom on their way to the dance but, you know, you think im going to call and make sure and know the history and drivers history before booking a ride like this.
