This jawdropping report implicates eight russian medalist, four from sochi in 2014 and at least four from london in 2012 as being part of a statesponsored doping program. More than a thousand russian athletes are implicated in the final part of this report which earlier this year resulting in hundreds of russian athletes being banned from the rio games. The report says none of these athletes acted alone but were part of an institutional conspiracy involving russias secret service. The report author, Richard Mclaren appointed by the World Antidoping Agency says it took place on an unprecedented scale. According to the report the system was refined over the course of the Olympic Games in 2013 world athletic championships in moscow. Russia won 72 medals at the london games and 33 medals in sochi. Its not just going to be family of this kid who are going to be asking these questions but the family of other kids that were there that can certainly end up leading to some sort of civil lawsuit down the road. How relevant this young man may have been bullied. Look, now lets switch focus to the investigation of him. Right. Kids swinging knife there, number one, selfdefense, right. He had been attacked and hes effectively responding, that could be a selfdefense claim but most importantly if anyone was thinking about charging this kid because, you know, he is waving a knife there, if he had been bullied i think that will very much weigh into the decision of prosecutors to decide whether to prosecute at all if so, what to prosecute him with. Look, if he was bullied and he had just come out of a fight i dont care what you think about what he did the wrong way to handle it, but what a horribly sad situation that if this kid was bullied, that he responds this way. I have a huge family and Christmas Eve even though its for the world.
