Can you hear a voice inside the car oh just stunned by this. Authorities say the suspect had a stolen gun, had fired a shot. The suspect was taken to the hospital now back in jail. Arizona Police Telling us they were per suing a man they say was a suspect in several thefts including allegedly stealing a rifle. Harris family attorney alleges bates was shelling out big bucks for the chance tofully Police Officer. Bates is close to the local sheriff and donated thousands. The Sheriffs Office and bates lawyer both say he had the proper training to be at the scene and his past generosity shouldnt be used against him.
