Police tell us a short time later a man believed to be the driver of that suv and two friends showed up at a Police Station in the area to fire a report of vandalism and assault. Here is what we know at this point may have played out. Police say that the individuals inside the suv were eating at a burger king when they noticed another group of guys watching from the lot. They told police that that group of about five10 men started throwing roxette the suv. The driver says he left the parking lot and did not realize he had hit anyone.
