and out of control truck leaves trash along the highway. the truck flipped over on 66 westbound near the ramp 4495. >> one lane of 66 westbound remains closed at this hour as crews cleaned up the trash. it is strewn on the side of the roadway. police say that it stemmed from a tractor-trailer driver going too fast on the interstate. all lanes were shut down for least two hours. drivers were left to fend for themselves. this overturned tractor trailer on 66 westbound, the crash shutdown the traffic for four hours. police say the tractor-trailer was carrying non-hazardous household trash. taken away just after 8:00 a.m. two lanes were then reopened. >> it was tremendous. i was on the toll road. i cannot get to the beltway. it messed up everything. but these things happen sometimes. >> today, he was on his way to centerville when he got caught up in the mess. >> i thought it would be an easy commute, but it turned out to be the opposite. >> the truck driver was charged with reckless driving. he was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. there was a passenger in a truck and he did not suffer any injuries. 66 westbound remains closed and it will reopen was the crews clean up this mess. >> thank you so much. this was not the only problem out there today. this truck crashed also and cause a mass this morning on the beltway. a tractor trailer filled with cantaloupe overturned near a georgia avenue about 7:00 a.m. crews cleaned up that mess at 10:00 a.m. and the right lane is still shut down and other serious crash on interstate 70 this morning. at least two cars collided where i guess 70 and route 97 meet. a medical helicopter was called to the scene, but we do not know the extent of the injuries. that road is open. a trip into town took longer. lines out of frederick was canceled after a broken down for a train block the tracks. we woke up to the coldest day of the week. now we're watching for possible flurries overnight. let's take assaulting nine for first grade students, children between ages of 6 and 7. >> my teacher was joking as. >> she tells how the teacher burke choked her 6-year-old brother. >> i think it is outrageous, really. why would you want to choke somebody? >> in january, another 7-year- old boy came forward accusing burke of assaulting him multiple times. eight others had similar stories, telling police that
