Investigators say evidence also links him to the 2009 kidnapping and murder of morgan harrington. A short time ago authorities announced indictments leveled against 32yearold Jesse Matthew jr. Including attempted capital murder, abduction, and sex assault. Now, according to police reports, back in september of 2005 a 26yearold woman was carrying groceries home one night around 10 00. She was attacked a short distance from here off germantown road near a giant, dragged into a wooded area, beaten and sexually assaulted. She managed to survive and get help. The suspect fled. Authorities believe Jesse Matthew jr. Is that suspect. Theyve issued they will issue a bench warrant for him on thursday. He could be back here in fairfax as early as next week.
