Police have been looking for davis since june 3. Thats when this Police Report was filed. The complaint said she had a previous romantic relationship with davis and was out with a friend 3 00 that morning on june 3 here at the diner restaurant in adams morgan, just to have a bite to eat. The victim said she hasnt been in the restaurant but a few moments when fred davis approached her from behind and then claims he grabbed her by the shoulders and turned her around and said to her friend, why are you with her, she doesnt have an. He allegedly picked up dirt from these flower boxes and threw it at her. The report says the two argued for a few minutes and then davis left. Police were not called. Margie hargrove says the murder has broken her heart. He didnt bother nobody. Yet these six people, ranging from 1723 years of age, some from the ms13 gang, killed him in suitland. Investigators believe jones said something offensive to the 17yearold girl and she went to her fellow gang members for help. Bottom line is we ultimately learned after autopsy he was stabbed several times in the upper body, which caused his death. The six people, all undocumented immigrants are charged with firstdegree murder. He would never have tried to pick a fight. He never would have for them to kill him.
