A naval ship made its way to the scene along with the coast guard. Four crew members were lifted from the water, one of whom died at a nearby hospital. At the moment the urgency focuses on the search as crews and rescue crews from the city of Virginia Beach continue looking for that missing crew member near the scene. You. The flames are shooting up to the third floor of this apartment building. A resident who lived on the trapped, got out on his balcony, and had to be rescued by a Fire Department ladder that brought him down and transported him. Winner stan three other people were transported to the hospital. Unfortunately, the bad news is that a young child did die here at this apartment fire. Firefighters were able to get this blaze under control. They have it under control at this point. Investigators are here on the scene to determine what exactly caused the blaze.
