younger brother of two nfl players has been charged with murder. the dirks was a --deidrichs was a tourist visiting from denver. >> a judge has dropped charges against the chief because of this video. the judges said the officer had a reason to pull him over in fairfax last year. gail pennybacker is live with the details. >> the official reason he pulled him over was because he was saying he was going down the wrong side of the roadway. the judge in this case said he simply did not see that. the video came from the dashboard camera of a fairfax police cruiser that pulled over randy babitt the night of december 3. the cart makes with the officer considered an illegal left turn. he was charged with drunk driving. all charges were thrown out after the judge viewed these images. his attorney also said an initial breathalyzer test did not show and a legal intoxication level. after court, he said i am thrilled the charges against me have been dismissed at trial and i have been found not guilty. he resigned two days after his charges because he did not want to let this cast a shadow on the work of the faa. he always maintained his innocence. >> the fairfax city police department did churches have offered the jones family use of their space and counseling. we are all brothers and sisters. >> churches around the nation and world have really come forward in support of this. that has
