Three other females in the vehicle. They got everybody out without incident. Not a shot fired. We believe we saw wint in the passenger seat of an unmarked pickup truck. It was dark out and hard to see him. Up ahead, yards ahead was the box truck. We understand from sources hi brother darrell was driving the moving truck. That is where they found a huge amount of cash believed to be the cash stolen from the salve san antonio family a week the savapoulos family a week ago where they were murdered with the housekeeper. The people we took in custody, video of one of them the brother in custody. We assume they have not been charged yet. Speaking with the Capitol Area Regional Fugitive Task force, a huge credit goes out to them. This was a tense 48hour search. No sleep for the men and women of the team. A massive undertaking between a number of agencies. I spoke with the commander last night. We were the first station in town to speak with him live. When we broke into programming when the capture was made. I revisited with him this morning and i talked about the near miss where they almost arrested wint in new york. Here is what he had to say. Today in court, his defense arguing that there was not enough probable cause in the documents. However, the prosecution is stating in fact there was d. N. A. That was a match. According to the Court Documents that they referenced there in court today. The judge finding probable cause in this case. Mr. Wint will be held without bond and he will be back in court on june 23. Now speaking about the Court Documents, they lay out a larger timeline. We understand according to the documents, that it was 6 00 wednesday may 13 when the whole ordeal of the savapoulos home first began. The documents alleging that Amy Savapoulos and their son were held inside of their home but also their housekeeper held against their will overnight and into the afternoon on wednesday, the 14th. We are learning more information about the delivery of that pizza that you heard referenced there to the home. Hearing that in fact the driver was instructed from a female caller which they believe may have been mrs. Savapoulos to leave the pizza outside on the front doorstep and that Delivery Driver telling authorities, as we are learning according to the documents, there were no lights on inside of that home. Now we continue to pore over these this afternoon and continue to follow all of the information that are in them. Including the possibility that there may have been other people involved. One issue in this document that talks about a description of an individual that was driving that 2008 blue porsche. Describes that person as having short hair. This is willis Memorial Park where things were unfolding earlier this morning. Authorities have taken down the swing where the child was found. A 3yearold on the swing. Just like this one. Authorities say that the child was deceased when they arrived on scene. Now here is what happened according to the Charles County sheriff office. It was just before 7 00 this morning that the officers rived at the park after getting the call about a woman pushing a toddler in a swing for an unusually long period of time. Possibly since yesterday. Officers immediately noticed that the boy, 3 years old was deceased. The child was transported to the chief medical Examiners Office in baltimore to determine the cause of death. Now the 24yearold woman who is the childs mother was taken to the Charles CountyMedical Center for evaluation. Hearing about that brings tears to my eyes because, you know, he was young. At this point there were no obvious signs of foul play. We have to wait until the medical examiner performs the autopsy. Jeff Authorities Say that the woman did answer a few questions. Charges are pending in this case. They say that they have not released her identity. They say she is not from the area but may have recently come here. Authorities are really reaching out to people who might have known this woman.
