Torres said this he jerked his hands down near his waist, where i thought he could have another firearm, and i did not when him to take it out, take the firearm out. I dont know if he had another gun on him. A police robot approached and broken well after geer had been shot. Officers moved in, but it was too late to save geer, who bled to death.
