Lets start with that Homicide Investigation. Around 920 last night police were called to the area of 19th and capitol. Thats where officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He died at the scene. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. No suspects are in custody. Around the same time last night were told 22yearold man was shot near 28th and wisconsin. The victim says he heard gunshots. When he realized he was shot, he called for help. He was taken to the hospital and is expected to be ok. Police are searching for suspects in connection to this shooting too. In Whitewater Police are investigating a homicide. Were told that 43yearold kenneth myszkewicz was found unresponsive at a home yesterday morning and later declared dead. No word yet on how he died. But police are calling this a targeted incident saying this does not appear to be a an update now on a Homicide Investigation on milwaukees east side. Weve learned that 23yearold kayla bauske was discovered inside a home near hamilton and arlington. She was found stuffed inside a plastic tote. A 22yearold man was arrested in connection with this case. Police say the two knew each other. The family of a man shot and killed by a Wauwatosa Police officer. Demanding answers. This past weekend marked the fourth month anniversary of jay andersons death the Wauwatosa Police department with the latest developments. Jay andersons family will hold a News Conference this afternoon. They say they want justice. And criminal charges against the officer who killed anderson. After learning the same Police Officer was involved in another shooting related death last year sunday andersons family released balloons in wauwatosas car in that park on june 23rd when he was shot. Police say the officer went to investigate the suspicious vehicle. And saw that anderson had a gun. Believing anderson was reaching for the weapon. The officer fired. The case is in the hands of the district attorneys office. The family was shown a 20 second clip of the incident. But they want to see more. The attorney for the Anderson Family says the officer who killed anderson was also involved in a Fatal Shooting in july of 2015. A 29yearold man was killed after Wauwatosa Police say with a sword. The officer was cleared in that case. 11 months later anderson was killed. 02 17 im a little concerned that an officer would go back on the job relatively quickly and be in a oneman squad and now get involved with another individual the 20 second clip of the shooting was sent to the fbi. Police Department Tells fox 6 the department has not seen the footage of the shooting and does not have a copy. They say they will be making all records in this case available to the public. Looking ahead a brown deer officer charged in connection to an officer involved shooting is expected to make her first appearance in court today. 27yearold Devon Kraemer was charged after a shooting on a say the driver waved down two brown deer Police Officers following a confrontation on the bus. They pulled Manuel Burnley junior off the bus and tried to handcuff him. According to the criminal complaint, Surveillance Video showed burnley on his stomach, face down and officer kraemer firing one shot into his back. The officer later told investigator she could not see burnleys left arm and felt threatened. Officer kraemer has been placed on paid administrative leave. According to city officials the owners have given up their alcohol and entertainment licenses. He is also accused of opening fire in a nearby town with an ak47 hitting two Police Officers and two bystanders. He could be connected to several carjackings as well. Were also learning that vance is accused of sexually assaulting a series of crimes dating back to 1999. Authorities are asking people not to approach vance if they see him. As he is armed and dangerous. Several inmates are recovering after a fight at the Cook County Jail. The detainees suffered stab wounds and were taken to a nearby hospital. A deputy was also injured in the brawl. All are expected to survive. The incident is currently under investigation. And in Southern California a pilot escapes a crash.
