The first ballots from the city of milwaukee werent counted for more than three hours thursday. Deandra corinthios is live from the Election Commission warehouse in Milwaukee County, a petition by the green party to test every voting machine slowed the process. Once on track almost no problems with ballots were found. In the city of milwaukee, workers recounted 30thousand ballots and found one or two errors. In the suburbs, the Election Commission tossed out eight ballots after finding errors. That means the most the margin could have changed so far is eight. Far from the 22,177 that president elect donald trump won by. This all came after all machines were tested. A jill stein supporter objected to the Election Commissioners decision to only publicly test two of the Voting Machines being used in the recount commissioners came back and decided to test them all. One of them was broken and had to be fixed. Theres nothing like a 100 percent quality check. If youre in a factory and theres a problem, sometimes you have to check everything the recount starts back up again at 8 am. The deadline to finish is dec 12.
