Investigators say morgan used gasoline to intentionally set a fire near 36th and Silver Spring back in october. Six children and their grandmother were in the house. It was the middle of the night. The grandmother managed to get four out. But then realized little must have gone back inside for his cousin. Little was found in an upstairs bedroom. Using his body to shield two year old taenajah investigators found evidence of an accelerant on the homes first floor, the hallways and in the master bedr lived in that home. He was being prosecuted in two Domestic Violence cases, where she was the victim. Morgan is facing both arson and homicide charges. His jury selection begins at 815 this morning.
