State prosecutors argue the lower court did not have the authority to order dasseys release and by doing so would cause irreparably harm to the case. Dasseys attorney argue the state has not made a case to keep him locked up. His family hopes hell be out by friday. Its one step closer, their do their thing and they are fighting but we want him out this week. Dassey must be released no later than 8 pm on friday unless the 7th circuit of appeals rules otherwise.
