Hazmat crews along with several other agencies are investigating a fire that broke out at a Chemical Plant in california last night. The incident happened at the Sri International in the city of tracy just outside san francisco. A spokesperson for the local Fire Department says the fire started on a tanker of tractor trailer and spread to a nearby field.
