A criminal complaint filed against Dominique Heaggan brown indicates there were four victims. In one case. He is accused of getting a man drunk. Then sexually assaulting him according to the complaint this happened the night after Heaggan Brown shot and killed Sylville Smith near 44th and auer. Heaggan brown to shoot him. This led to several days of violence in the sherman park neighborhood. Chief ed flynn says the investigation of the shooting of Sylville Smith should be based strictly on the facts and not the character of the officer involved. But smiths family doesnt see it that way. How do you not tie someone to an activity an act that they did, a malicious crime, and then separate it from another malicious crime .
