Angelica sanchez spoke with parents today who say they are outraged they havent been notified of the incident. Angelica. Information on this investigation. However in my hands is the criminal complaint filed against the Safety Officer and the charges he faces. Parents i spoke with want to know why they havent been properly notified of this incident we as parents need more information so we can be aware of whats really going on. parents like Michelle Roberson are outraged the district hasnt released more information on an alleged assault of a student by Marisol Sanchez has a freshman enrolled at the school and says this is the first shes hearing of this. this situation worries me because they are students and youre trusting the employees that work at the school. on wednesday 26yearold Michael Robinson was charged with one count of Sexual Assault of a student. Hes a Safety Officer at Riverside University high school. Prosecutors say the student told them that she and robinson exchanged phone numbers in september. She told investigators they began texting and at her to an apartment where the two had sex. In a statement to fox6 School Officials say mps is cooperating with the Milwaukee Police Department Regarding an allegation involving an employee. The employee is suspended without pay. The investigation both with mpd and internally is ongoing and we cannot comment further. In addition to the Sexual Assault charge robinson was charged with bail jumping for two unrelated cases field against him this summer. Hes also accused of sexually assaulting a man just one day after the Sylville Smith shooting that sparked two days of protests in august. Smiths family members say the Sexual Assault case should be tied to his use of deadly force. Haegganbrowns arraignment is children, did not go quietly to prison.
