Investigators says a caller out looking for a missing Racine County frienddiscovered in an overturned suv in the marsh. When Kenosha County deputies got to the scenethey found a deceased man in the drivers seat. Was pulled from the shallow water. Tracks are still fresh in the mud Authorities Say evidence suggests the vehicle was traveling southboundand went over a small berm eventually flipping over into the marsh.
