That video will not be released until decides if criminal charges will be filed. The victims brother found her body in her home earlier this month. Investigators say she died from a single gunshot wound to the head. The brother told police that just a day before her death, she had told him that she had planned to break up with lee, and she did not think compromised after a skimming device is found at a local gas station. The two men supposedly responsible were arrested and appeared in court today. Twice this week incidents between students and officers have led to injuries at milwaukee public schools. Officers were injured aduring a struggle with a 13yearold boy that brought a bb gun to ben franklin school. A day later a 13yearold girl at thoreau was grazed by a bullet during a sttruggle with an officer. The shot was accidentally fired from an officers gun while in its holster. The mps superintendent answered questions about the incidents today. She was at an event promoting community schools. I think part of this speaks to the reality of what were dealing with in our community. I cant give specifics about those incidents, because investigations are why we need to have community schools. On friday, anyone hoping to fish on sheboygans south pier had to find an alternate spot it was shut down due to the weather conditions. A small crowd, including devan hefter, still gathered to fish nearby. I was just planning on moving down with the weather and i was probably going to actually sit in my car if it winds of more than twenty Miles Per Hour and five to six foot waves forced officials to close the pier friday afternoon. The wind that causes the waves to break over the pier is what will put people in the water and once theyre in the water the cold temperatures are extremely dangerous. Jason dwyer of the United States coast guard tells us the south pier has become a popular recreation site. And he says in conditions like these, they worry someone will accidentally get swept into the waterand then struggle to swim back to shore. It looks like a fun place to be not a safe place to be. Its very small and narrow so people can get caught out there and get into trouble. By friday afternoon, officials decided the conditions were no longer safeand police sent out an advisory that the south pier was closed.
