The current case stems from an alleged assault back in 2004 with former Temple University employee andrea 13 of his more than 50 accusers is relevant to this case. The prosecution says the other women should be allowed to testify to show cosby had a signature pattern of behavior that spanned decades where he allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted dozens of women. The prosecution must think that this is important to their case, or they wouldnt have filed the prosecution motion seeking to have 13 potential witnesses testify. Well, i have that and have a doctors appointment today. Ive had narcolepsy since my early 20s. When i was diagnosed the first thing i knew was really wrong, excessive tiredness, and i was having sleep paralysis. I thought it was bad nightmares then your whole body you cant move and your brain is going nuts. Its thinking, what is happening . Is this a nightmare jo so i kept associating it with that, then i had the other narcoleptic things. Im doing much better. I still get it once in a while. Now because i know what it is there is still frightening. People are waking up this morning and going, what are we talking about here, and it is about reducing your stress. We all need to do that. To be able to get some rest so many people when they heard we were doing this story said that happened to me. That happened to me, and while stress and lack of sleep are the main causees, things like narcolepsy can be there as well but there are things that we can do in terms of improving our sleep and reducing stress environment. Yeah, we talked about the importance of routine but there are things you can do to try to make your environment more soothing for you. Such as . Well, we know that one of the ways that our body tells itself its time to sleep theres a rise in a hormone called melatonin. But bright light and blue light can inhibit our bodys release of that hormone, so there are things we can do. One is just dimming the lights but a couple of cool things. Ive got these orange glasses and when i put those on, take a look, this is what it looks like, the environment changes. Wow. Okay, and what that does it allows her body to release more melatonin. So if you put those on for a couple of hours before bed, small studies show it may make you sleepier. On our electronic devices, you can hit something called night shift, and it turns your screen colors from blues to oranges. Other devices you can download that as well. These are Little Things that you can do that may help you get a better nights sleep. Turning off your electronics an hour before bed is a good thing too. I do. We, the routine is supposed to be number one which im not so great at especially with our schedule but i keep the phone away at night. A big one for me. And out of the room. Out of the room. I can tell a big difference and out of the room and then what i also do is that calming, ive been using lavender, some of those things. I do that too. Important. Bless your heart. We saw each other a couple of weeks ago and it was like we hadnt left each other, as well. Nice to be have that connection to some people now forever. They were really moved by the movie but then afterward they were standing up out of their wheelchairs telling you how mean of a son of a gun they were back in the day. Shows you did a phenomenal job.
