He has a prior conviction for assaulting an officer. Rose, the fifth Police Officer shot in the line of duty in the last five days. So far this year, 61 officers across the country have been fatally shot in the line of duty. More than any year since 2011. The suspect has not yet been charged. The Police Report made no mention of means having a gun, but police are still investigating. According to the criminal complaint, pulliam expressed no trash off the street.
