Thats after investigators say he threatened to assassinate a judge and blow up a county courthouse. 24yearold Anthony Brodie is locked in a custody battle with his exwife. Police say he told a friend that if he wasnt granted custody, he would kill the judge and blow up the building. Twoyearold girl is in the hospital with some broken bones after being accidentally run over by her sevenyearold sister. Police in salem, New Hampshire say the mother gave her sevenyearold keys to the car so she could start it. But the girl accidentally put it in reverse and the car rolled onto the toddlers legs.
