Earlier it was a much diplomat story with the crews out here around 3 00 a. M. When this accident happened. The sheriffs are saying a person who was out of their car or walking along the interstate was hit by a vehicle and was killed. We really dont know how this person wound up along the interstate or how they were hit. This is still under investigation this morning.
