They just kept going. Terry witnesses tell 12 news the little girl and her mother were crossing the street when a driver turning from hampton was going too fast. She was on her way to worship and this little darling was excited this morning about going to church. Heard the mother screaming out in the middle of the street so i came out and tried to rush and give cpr to the little that was in the street. Terry neighbor tony bonds says they need more speed bumps. People must drive defensively and know that these kids are here and that they can make unpredictable movements. The family tells us she was hit and killed by a hit and run driver on the street in milwaukee. Theres memorial out here and as far as we know the lucky police are not giving us any information.
