Yesterday, former democratic president ial candidate Hillary Clintons campaign joined that recount effort. But president elect donald t is calling the effort a scam. Terry sater is following developments. Terry, the next step toward a recount is just hours away. Reporter this is about the integrity of the election process and tomorrow morning the Wisconsin Elections commission will meet in madison to set a timetable for when the recount will start here in Milwaukee County and across the state. The counting is expected to start thursday. Or we might run them through the machines. Reporter Racine County clerk Wendy Christensen has supervised three election recounts, two in 2012 and one in 2011. Did it change anything . Ultimately it didnt change the outcome of the election.
