The scene at this point in the morning is clear and a very different picture than what hours ago. I talked with adam myrick, the spokesperson for the lexington county Sheriffs Department. He says all three deputies involved in this crash are in stable condition with non lifethreatening injuries and expected to be okay. This is video of what that crash scene looked like last night. Right now details are still very limited on how this crash happened as we await new information last night. What we do know is the crash happened sometime between 8 30 and 9 oclock last night. Two deputies and one reserve deputy were responding to a burglary inprogress call when their vehicles collided. Right now investigators are not able to tell exactly how the crash happened. Myrick says that will be up to the Highway Patrol to determine. Anytime one of our vehicles are involved in any kind of traffic collision, South CarolinaHighway Patrol is the agency that is responsible for that investigation. They are also looking into this case right now. And we are really in the early phases of what will be a lengthy process. Highway patrols mait team was on the scene overnight collecting evidence needed to reconstruct this crash. But lexington county Sheriffs Department spokesman adam myrick says two deputies and one reserve deputy were responding to a burglary inprogress call when those two vehicles right now investigators are going through the process of determining the circumstances surrounding the crash. Were not sure if they had lights and sirens on thats something that Highway Patrol, no doubt, will be looking into as a part of their investigation and a detail that well hopefully be able to determine soon. The scene at this point in the morning is clear and a very different picture than what we were seeing just hours ago. I talked with adam myrick, the spokesperson for the lexington county Sheriffs Department. He says all three deputies involved in this crash are in stable condition with non lifethreatening injuries and expected to be okay. This is video of what that crash scene looked like last night. Right now details are still very limited on how this crash happened as we await new information from the Highway Patrol. What we do know is the crash happened sometime between 8 30 and 9 oclock last night. Two deputies and one reserve deputy were responding to a burglary inprogress call when their vehicles collided. Right now investigators are not how the crash happened. Myrick says that will be up to the Highway Patrol to determine. Anytime one of our vehicles are involved in any kind of traffic collision, South CarolinaHighway Patrol is the agency that is responsible for that investigation. So as per the standard policy, they are also looking into this case right now. And we are really in the early phases of what will be a lengthy process.
