She may not be the second option, she might not even be the third option but given the chance shes gonna try to score they put a lot of pressure on themselves, they challenge themselves with the questions that they ask each other and i come away impressed once every player has asked and answered. Its time to put it to practice. As a consummate student of the game herself, coachs goal is to push her players to think beyond their individual matchups. And make sure they are dialed in. The only sexuallyoriented business within the Columbia City limits is still opendespite an order from the city designed to shut it down. Its the latest development in the four year effort by the city of columbia to close taboo. Jack kuenzie is in the newsroom with more. Dawndy this is a change from where things stood just a few days ago when it appeared taboo had finally run out of alternatives in its four year fight to outfox the city. Today, taboos doors are still openand much of the merchandise remains on display. On january 28th, the City Attorney brian cook sent a letter to store owner jeff white, noting a federal court ruling rejecting allegations of whites lawsuit filed against the city. The city at that time gave taboo seven days to comply with the sexually oriented business ordinance or white would face 500 dollar fines the store stayed open. Manager larry boyer indicated the penalties would be too much and would not allow enough time for white to mount an appeal with the fourth circuit. So it appeared taboo would be closed by the end of the week. That did not happen. Instead, employees moved much of the most explicit merchandise to the rear of the store behind a high counter where those items would be hard to see in an area off limits to customers. Boyer has also placed stickers over images on some items still on display. He told us today the store would also start charging anyone who could not prove they were 18 years oldan admission fee of 500 as another way to avoid violating the ordinance. Boyer said the store was supposed to be inspected today by attorney cook. Its not clear whether that took place. We are trying to find out from the city how much longer the store can remain open.
