Christa this morning investigators believe as many as four people could still be missing. Lets head out live to the scene and heres 7s Jennifer Egan. Jen, we see firefighters working diligently behind you right there. Jennifer christa, it does appear that firefighters have been able to get inside this we saw them throwing stuff out of the back window. You may be able to see it up on the second floor. As you mentioned a moment ago, two women were transported from this home earlier this morning, a woman in her 60s and a woman who is 18 years old. They are in stable condition right now according to the district chief, who we spoke with, but they are searching for as many as possibly four other people who were living inside unaccounted for. Midnight. It does appear that firefighters again have been able to get inside now and search the home, but the home is severely damaged. A few moments ago, there was a frantic scene when the top frame of the home collapsed with firefighters standing on the sidewalk below. Two separate apartments plus the third floor. Jennifer it did appear those firefighters were able to was injured in this case, but again, four people, as many as four people who may have been inside this home when fire broke out after midnight are unaccounted for right now. It does appear that firefighters have been able to get inside, and theyre searching for those people. They tell us that there are two apartments here. Were waiting to hear more information right now. Police are looking for two men who were allegedly not allowed into the club prior. A security official says the three men on a motorcycle threw molotov cocktails into the club and then fled. At the couples home, officers found another several thousand rounds and a veritable bombmaking workshop in the garage. Farook left the Party Wednesday only to return with his wife, shots. Also killed 37yearold michael wetzel, father of six who coached youth soccer. 58yearold damien mean, a health worker. 27yearold sierra clayborn, a loving sister, and 52yearold nicholas fallacinos, a loving husband. Georgetown high senior maggie nelk is going above and beyond to make sure students feel included at school. Shes going to walk in the proms grand march with her friend robert who has an intellectual disability. Everyone said that its prom last year, i had fun, but senior year, i want to make someone elses senior year better than mine. Christa both maggie and robert participate in field hockey, maggie on the field, and robert as teen manager. He picks up the cones while carrying the chairs over. Hes a great asset. Christa maggie is captain of the team and makes robert feel in that, too. The second robert came out for the team, she jumped right out. Each time he just smiles. They both had antibullying shirts on the other day and we took a picture of them together. Christa and many see maggies warmth lucking off on others. I look up to her as a field hockey player especially. Shes definitely the best on the team, and i dont know, she always talks about robert, every time he comes to practice. Christa at the start of the school year, robert let his teacher know hed like to go to the prom, and when maggie caught word of it, she didnt hesitate. Christa i said, ill go with robert. I like robert. Me and robert are friends, so i christa so nice he was presentation. A lot of times you cant make it happen. But clearly they have a really nice bond. They were living at this home on bruce place. Theyre unaccounted for this morning. However, we know two women were rescued. They were taken to the hospital. Right now theyre in stable condition. Well also have a live report from the scene in just about 15 minutes from now. Jadiann according to officials, hundreds of Law Enforcement officers from several different agencies responded to the shooting in San Bernardino, california. First among them was a 26year veteran with the San Bernardino Police Department, man who has what he describes as a desk job. Christa and this morning hes giving us a firsthand account of what happened there. Lets go to 7s nancy chen. Nancy, he was having a normal day, went to lunch. Thats when the call came in. Is that right . Nancy thats right. San bernardino plus lieutenant the gunpowder in the air when he arrived at the inland regional center. He says what he saw next will stay with him for the rest of his life. It was something that although we train for it, its something that youre never actually prepared for. Nancy lieutenant mike madden was a mile away when the call came in that shots had been fireded at the inland regional center. He was first one on scene and ran into the building. They were clearly, obviously deceased outside the conference room, and i relayed that information to the other responding officers. It was unspeakable the carnage that we were seeing, the number of people who were injured, and unfortunately already dead. And the pure panic on the face of those individuals that were still in need and needing to be safe. Nancy madden and other officers worked to get people out of the building. Now hes thinking about the victims and their families. We go into these Holiday Seasons that are now going to have to deal with the tragedy that was left behind by this senseless act of violence. Thats a little tough to deal with. Nancy lieutenant madden is reaching out to the other officers with him so they can talk about what they all saw. Police releasing this video captured at a store across the street from the crime scene. It shows the moments before she was killed. 7s Nicole Oliverio is at the Police Department with more on this investigation for us this morning. Nicole . Nicole still no arrests this morning. Police tell us that not only are they looking for the two suspects that are seen in that video, but they are also looking for witnesses who may have heard or seen something. Granny Surveillance Video captures the confrontation that led to a deadly stabbing on a worcester street. 31yearold cherise hill left her family now looking for answers. She was so much more beautiful than this, and she was better than this. An nobody deserves this. Nicole in a video from a nearby liquor store, you see hill walking with two people. Police say they cant make out faces and dont know what led up to the deadly stabbing. Based on what we could see, it looked like there was some sort of conversation taking place. We dont know what it was over, of course, but thats certainly what we want the look into. Nicole police are looking for witnesses and the two people seen in the video. There are several people investigators trying to locate to interview that may have heard or seen anything. Nicole the family remembers hill, a mother of three, as a great singer who attended Berkeley College and a woman who sured suffered from mental illness. She was a sweet person. Eshe definitely deserved way more out of life than what she was given. Nicole now one man tells us that his friend actually he believed it was a fight over a Social Security card. That man says she told him she had perm nal brain cancer and needed money for surgery. Prosecutors say that she was amused when police finally arrested her. She giggled and appeared to have no appreciation of the severity of the charges against her throughout the booking process. She was giving stories all along about how poor she was and how she needed money. I gus i trusted her when i shouldnt have. Tuition. Her Attorney Says hodgens willingly gave her the money and made up the allegations afterwards when he found out she had a boyfriend. Jennifer well, christa, a very busy scene here this morning. The home is behind me here on bruce place. National grid crews are here. Fire crews remain on scene right now. The fire did quite a bit of damage before firefighters could get it under control. In fact, the top frame of this home collapsed down on to the sidewalk earlier this morning. We have seen crews inside. Two women were rushed to the hospital. One woman in her 60s suffering from burns and smoke inhalation. Another 18yearold woman was taken to the hospital, as well. Firefighters tell us they are both in stable condition. But as many as four people are unaccounted for right now. Firefighters tell us there are two apartments here at the home on bruce place. Its unclear if everyone who lived here was home when flames broke out after midnight. Because there is such Severe Damage to the home, crews are not able to get in a search as thoroughly as theyd like right now. They have quite a bit of work this morning its very early to tell what may have caused this fire, but we can tell you that the state Fire Marshals Office is on scene. They will be investigating. Were live in lynn. Jennifer egan, 7news today the new england. Jadiann a motive is still not known for the deadly shooting in San Bernardino, california. Investigators say one of the shooters did contact extremists who were monitored by the f. B. I. A vigil was held last night to honor the victims. 2000 people attended the vigil, which was held at a nearby minor league ballpark. San bernardinos mayor spoke during the event, saying the shooting has forever impacted the community. And police say syed farook and his wife Tashfeen Malik killed 14 people at a holiday Party Wednesday. Officers later killed the couple. They say farook and malik had guns and thousands of rounds of ammunition inside the couples s. U. V. Officers found a detonator designed to set off a bomb at the site of the shoaling. The bomb never detonated. Officers say the guns used by farook and malik were purchased legally and investigators others who had expressed jihadist views. Farook used to pray at a mosque in San Bernardino. According to the mosque, farook had not been there for the past several months. And the paris cafe , the place where terrorists opened fire last month, reopening today. Local residents say they support the reopening, saying they need to continue life as it was before. What youre lag at here, new pictures of the killers arsenal at the scene of the shootout with police at the couples home. Investigators also say they had 6,700 bullets and a dozen people bombs. Shes going to walk in the proms grand march with her friend robert langell, who has an intellectual disability. Everyone said that its really nice of me, but i went to prom last year, i had fun, but senior year, i want to make someone elses senior year better than mine. Christa both maggie and robert participate in field hockey, maggie on the field, and robert as team manager. He picks up the cones while carrying the chairs over. Hes a great asset. Christa maggie is captain of the team and makes robert feel in that, too. For the team, she jumped right out. Each time he just smiles. They both had antibullying shirts on the other day and we took a picture of them together. Christa and many see maggies warmth lucking off on others. Hockey player especially. Shes definitely the best on the team, and i dont know, she always talks about robert, every time he comes to practice. Christa at the start of the school year, robert let his teacher know hed like to go to the prom, and when maggie caught word of it, she didnt hesitate. Christa i said, ill go with robert. I like robert. Me and robert are friends, so i would love to go with robert. Christa and they really are close friends. It was wonderful he was able to be there for her presentation. You kind of get the sense that theyre going to be friends for a lifetime, you know, not just through high school, but this is going to continue on. Jadiann absolutely. Jennifer christa, update. It was a frantic scene when people first got here. People were escaping from the home and two people were trapped inside. Firefighters telling us that 18 or 19 people lived here at the home on bruce place. Midnight. They found two of those people trapped by a back door on the second floor. They were transported to mass General Hospital. Again, theyre just confirming now that four people who lived inside this home have passed away. They say that the four people who have passed away are in their late teens or older. Firefighters say they tried making rescues immediately, but the flames just got too much of a hold on this home. They talked to neighbors who were able to tell them that there were more than a dozen People Living here, firefighters got in later this morning and were able to go through the home and they were able to locate those victims. Again, the fire started just after midnight tonight. Right now firefighters are in the process of interviewing the people who were able to make it they are being assisted by the red cross right now. Two were clearly, obviously deceased outside the conference room, and i relayed that information to the other responding officers. It was unspeakable the carnage that we were seeing, the number of people who were injured, and unfortunately already dead. Jennifer well, christa, again, firefighters confirming now that four people did not make it out of the home. This was a crowded home here on bruce place in lynn. They tell us 18 or 19 people lived here when crews first arrived, they had to decide whether to start pouring water they decided to make rescues. People were escaping from the building on their own. Firefighters were able to get to two women who were trapped up on the second floor. They were rushed to the hospital. One woman, a woman in her 60s, suffering from burns an smoke inhalation. Another 18yearold woman was taken to the hospital, as well. Firefighters are confirming that four people did not survive. They tell us there were two apartments here at the home. There was quite a bit of damage. In fact, the top frame collapsed around 5 00 a. M. Two separate apartments plus our thirdfloor. Reporter no firefighters were hurt.
