Ryan out of Andover Police there are looking for a man who exposed himself near a school. A man was parked near st. Augustine Elementary School yesterday around noon. Students were outside for lunch and recess and the mab allegedly stood outside his car and exposed himself. Police are asking anyone with information to give them a call. Police are expected to speak about this incident any time. You can see theyre setting up the podium. Crews are getting ready. He is almost ready to begin. Within a concerns us greatly as the safety and security of our children as well as our community at large is very important to us. And unfortunately, this occurred.
