All this while were being told by investigators that more arrests are on the way here. One murder, count two unarmed burglary. Reporter attorney general moss told police not guilty to southeasterly charges including murder in connection with the death of 45yearold robert mckenna, found in the kitchen of his home. The defendant marshfield acted in conjunction with James Ferguson and was a participant of this burglary and the victim during that burglary suffered fatal head. Reporter James Ferguson was charged with mckennas murder as well. Police are looking for a third suspect. There is still a lot of work to do.
