Its been marinating for 24 hours. You can go longer. You know, you want at least a day so it sucks in the flavor. Sarah brown the brisket. We will add tomato paste. That will bind this all together. Kind of thicken it up a little bit. Add our tomato fillets. That gives it little more body. Ground cumin. Chili powder. Cayenne pepper to give it a little bite. Sarah mix well. We will add our beer. We are going to let this cook down. A lot of my friends are chefs. We all claim to have the best chili. So it gets a little heated around football season. But i put beer in mine. I think i win. Then fresh cilantro and basil. We are going to do whole sarah let it simmer. After ten minutes, hot chili is ready to be had.
