He says a saugus firefighter had fallen and lost his helmet and mask and breathing in smoke and banging on a first floor window. Gene was just outside. I reached in and said brother, give me your hand. He grabbed my hand and i started pulling him out. Reporter two other firefighters were also trapped. Captain rizza left after a mayday went out but knew he had to go back in. I got my guy that was with me out their front door and then went back in to find them. I could hear them, i just couldnt see them. So the captain braved the smoke and led two men out after finding them in the kitchen. I would say the firefighters on scene definitely saved the lives of our young men. Reporter the fire broke out basement. The home is owned by a woman in her 80s. Granddaughter woke up to a loud noise and made it out alive on the most important thing is that even got out safe. Firefighters suffered some minor injuries. Reporter International Outrage over north koreas dangerous events. Tonight, the latest on the explosive revelation. And this story continues to develop. Tonight the white house is casting down north koreas claim that they successfully tested a Hydrogen Bomb. 7s tim caputo live in the newsroom with much more on this. The test took place in less than 24 hours ago and resulted in a magnitude 5. 1 seismic events. While experts do not believe it did get the words attention. Reporter north Korea Television claims that the company tested a Hydrogen Bomb and it had been, quote, a perfect success. If thats true, its a dangerous step forward for one of the worlds most unpredictable nations. The white house, though, is skeptical. The initial analysis thats been conducted of the events reported overnight is not consistent with north korean claims of a successful Hydrogen Bomb test. Reporter no other country is even confirming the test and china is condemning it. The tremors from the underground explosion were felt in china and south korea where Officials Say its a provocation. North koreas leader kim jongun knows that but signed off on the test anyway. Military planes were sent to check air samples. U. S. Ambassador to japan Caroline Kennedy is it will take a few days to determine precisely on what kind of device was dedicated. So crews are busy with that now and the fire truck that you see there is the first to arrive on the scene. Were hoping the driver made it off to the side of the road. Have no idea what he may be carrying but well learn if we hear its something in aable. No traffic getting through there right now on i95 south of milford, im sure drivers for quite some distance can see that something is going on up ahead as they go nowhere. This is on 495 south in milford. You can see the flames tearing through the cab of the truck and the entire back it and see the ring of fire on its side over there. The flames are just tearing through the tractor trailer. We hope the drivers was able to get out and fire crews, you can see right now, they are going to work as they are trying to apply water to the fire. Look at this right now, as they try to put out the fire in the and then you can also sort of see the ring of fire off to the these sort of lets question jr to find out could there be any kind of wildfire there if theres brush . We obviously saw snow last week so we have some precipitation, some wet ground but just a big mess. Certainly a good place to avoid either way youre going. And looking at pictures right now, we saw the cab of the truck. Whats off to the right there, whats that on fire at this point . Were trying also to figure out what that is and the firefighter that you see in the middle part of your screen is trying to work on the ring of fire we were talking about earlier off the side of the screen right there. How would you like to be going in that mess and not really know whats in that truck youve got the mess on the side of the road and whatever theyre doing, the strategy that they put into the fire, something that removes or made in their fight, but now you see several at least a couple of firetrucks there and also an ambulance. And as we said, we dont know about the condition of the driver but it does appear that he pulled off to the road so hopefully he was able to escape the cab in there somewhere. If you look at the side of the trailer, it says paper, paper. Im not familiar with, that but that sounds like a company name and would indicate perhaps that there is paper inside of that trailer and of course thats something thats not like a hazardous situation concerned about toxic fumes or anything but something that would burn fairly quickly and easily. He says it was overaggressive and went on for nearly two minutes. The problem says he doesnt have any problem following skirt procedures but the patdown made his daughter feel very uncomfortable. Reporter using a cell phone had his daughter receiving what he believed to be an unnecessary and invasive tsa patdown. She had a completely blank stare on her face. I could tell it was very uncomfortable for her. Reporter the video shows the agents slowly and meticulously frisking the 10yearold for nearly two full minutes. First thing that came to my mind was this is annoying. I dont like this. I want to run out the door. Reporter she was screened after a capri sun juice packet was found in her carryon. According to her father, a swab from her bag came back with a false positive reading. Its not clear. The patdown was the go to option for them and i think they could have done better scrutiny what they were looking for prior to putting their hands all over my 10yearold daughter. Reporter the issue over whether children should receive patdownses is controversial. According to tsa protocols, officers will work with parents to resolve any alarms at the checkpoint and as modified screening procedures for reduce the likelihood of patdown screening. In a statement to nbc news, tsa says tsa screening procedures allow for the patdown of a child under certain circumstances. The process by which the child was patted down followed approved procedure. The tsa also points out that the process was observed by the childs parents and there was a cell phone with an alarm going off in the childs bag requiring additional resolution procedures.
