People living along the Kankakee River, they are being warned to prepare for flooding starting tomorrow. Ice dams could cause flooding anywhere from 1520 ft. Within 20 minutes. People are urged to be prepared that they may have to evacuate. But not seen this kind of flooding in 30 years.
