They do believe he acted alone and took off on the highway afterwards. Now police are warning, he is armed and dangerous and people in that area this morning should be on high alert. We are still actively looking for the shooter. Again, caution people, stay indoors, day secure. If you see something, say something. In your houses until we can get this guy caught. Heather as we mentioned, again, four women were killed and at least one man in Critical Condition. All survivors bussed to a nearby church to wait for their families. Police right now sweeping that area but they say they have few leads. The fbi and seattle reviewing intelligence to see if additional attacks may be plan. Most popular walking trails, she was walking on jamaica pond when a man reached out and grabbed her. She was not alone but walking with a friend. This was the fourth night of protest after an African American man was shot and killed by an African AmericanPolice Officer earlier this week. Not a wide swing in temperatures because well have cool air coming in from the north all day long. Well see chelmsford and woburn and foxboro today. New bedford getting up close to 70. Well keep it in the middle 60s there around marshfield with that cool air coming in off of the north off of the ocean. And well see mid 60s on most of cape cod and the vineyard and nantucket today. They say that man in there entered the store with a rifle around 7 00 last night, west coast time and began firing. Police believe he acted alone and then took off toward the highway. Officers say he shot an 18yearold who was at the register counter checking out thursday afternoon. At this point, a 15yearold and a 16yearold has been arrested and charged with conspiracy and assault with intent to kill. But the continues. His neighbors say detectives have come to their doors. Its a little scary, knowing that somebody that brazen who would do something in been public in a cvs store is living in our neighborhood. Hundreds took to the streets in Peaceful Demonstrations, carrying signs and marching throughout the streets. This was the fourth night of killed by an African AmericanPolice Officer earlier this week. This morning, we have a new look at the incident from the cell phone of the wife of the man who was killed. Reporter new video released by lawyers for the scott family show the tense moments before and immediately after tuesdays officerinvolved shooting. He doesnt have a gun. He has a pbi. A Police Source says a loaded gun was recovered from the scene with scotts fingerprints. Protesters are calling for the release of two other videos recorded by police. Police have one video from another officers body camera another from a dashboard camera. Charlottes mayor says all of the videos taken together do not paint a clear picture of what videos have a blurred or obscured or not precise enough view of what was going on. Scotts family watched the videos as well. Their lawyer wants the videos released to the public released now. It shows a confused man, befuddled, stepping back from what he perceives to be a threat. Jason the protesters did briefly shut down a highway down there. But police were able to get them to clear charlotte to run from midnight until 6 00 in the morning. Heather back here at home, the head of the mbta police wants his officers to wear body camera. He says it would increase security and accountability. Something Transit Police would discuss with the union involved first. But sullivan says they have a strong relationship. As you can imagine, witnesses say it was chaos as customers ran out for their lives. Heather only on fox 25 this morning, police in canton are searching for a greedy thief who was caught on camera stealing thousands of dollars worth of tools from a local landscaping business. It shows the man crouching down, even right there, shielding his face, trying to avoid being caught on camera as he snatches a saw from that truck. But that saw actually wasnt even worth that much money. You see, it had been left by the owner of the truck to try to lure the criminal back a week after 2,000 worth of saws and a blower were stolen. The Business Owner says he came closing up alone. So i just have an idea to clean out my best broken saw. And place it in a spot where we can get a better video of the thief, should he come back.
