One mother says he picked up her twoyearold and kissed her head after telling her his connection with that boy and wanted to spend some time with him. Another mom told us a frightening experience. But an elderly man walked out instead. After further investigation, police figured out that the elderly man was actually shizz miller in an elaborate and life like mask. They pulled it off and placed miller under arrest. Police tell fox 25, the mask cost 2,000. And miller wore it everywhere in an attempt to throw police off his trail. But that didnt work.
