Brothers. Now your local forecast from meteorologist jason brewer. And the fox 25 Storm Tracker weather team. Jason all right. Temperatures are on the mild side. In fact, yesterday, we were in the low 40s. Today, upper 40s and only going up from there. Than in fact, this week up coming, looks to see temperatures above normal for a better part of it. I will talk more about our snow chances, though. And how far off those are in a little bit. Were at 40 right now in bon. Clouds out there. Southwest winds are going to be responsible for nudging temperatures up despite a limited amount of sunshine today. Norwood. 44 provincetown and back here to the west mid 40s around keene and orange early here on sunday. Take a look at our day planner. Well be back to the upper 40s by noontime in the city and hole it there to mere 50 at 2 00. Despite some of those clouds around. High temperatures in haverhill. 48 today over towards the north shore, rockport about 46 and upper 40s, dedham, foxboro over toward natick and shirley and chelmsford as well. Next few days, rain does return. Well see a couple of showers. Monday afternoon. But a big rainmaker on the way for wednesday. Were dry either side of that, though. Lets take a look at future cast and time some of this out. Tomorrow, southwestly wind flow ahead of the front. Continues to dry us out. 50s area wide not record, but warm nonetheless. A couple of spotty showers, but not much, cooler air lags behind the front. Beginning to see temperatures coming down on monday evening. But cooler is the story, not colder. Not a whole lot of cold air in the forecast any time soon. Lets jump up to wednesday, because thats our next big rain event. The snow say e stays well off to our north. The storm itself is in southern canada, so just rainy and windy as this thing wind up and passes by to our north and west. So a good solid inch of rain is likely on wednesday, possibly some locally higher ams. But for today, well just be most cloudy temperatures running in the upper 40s to near 50 degrees. I think the better chance to see 50s, Plymouth County, south coast boston and rhode island. As we look at temps tonight, in the lower 40s for the cape and islands. Upper 30s going westward. But those numbers are well above normal. Well have that southwest wind so i do want to mention that fog chance as you start out your monday. And then monday afternoon, a slight chance for a few showers. Groundhog day does look dry. A good deal of sunshine. 30 in the morning, 47 in the afternoon. Then onnens with, the rain arrives, it gets windy too. Thursday we dry out again. And then colder on tap for friday, saturday, into the upcoming weekend. The question is, will there be any precipitation and what will it be whennet gets here and where that line might set up a coastal storm. Just low chances for that right now, starting friday.
